I am studying in Chandigarh. I would like to know, can a UP Student studying in Other State Apply for UP Scholarship?
If yes, what is the procedure of applying?

Yes all permanent up students who are under U.P. scholarship eligibility criteria can apply for UP scholarship. Make sure you fall under the maximum per annum earning criteria as told by the UP government.
