UP scholarship is issued by State Government to those students who are economically weak. Uttar Pradesh Technical University(UPTU) provides scholarship for various courses such as: MCA, MBA, BTech etc. Scholarship provides a great help to the students as well as parents.
Students need to fill Application Form and see the list of students who get the scholarship in order to get the UP scholarship. Students who need scholarship should fill the form by downloading it from official website of UP Scholarship Management System.
UP scholarship is for all categories of students such as: General, OBC, SC and ST. There are two types of scholarship which are given:
- Pre Matric
- Post Matric

Scholarship for MBA in UP:
The scholarship for MBA is given in UP is only 50% if the students fulfill all the criteria.
Scholarship for MCA in UP:
The scholarship for MCA is given in UP is only 50% if the students fulfill all the criteria and same amount of scholarship is given for all three years during MCA.
Scholarship for B.Tech:
The scholarship for B.Tech is given in UP depends on caste and on scheme as determined by the government every year.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicants who are applying for the scholarship must attach the relevant caste certificate.
- The students must have an income certificate which is not more old than 6 months.
- The annual family income should be not more than Rs. 100000.
How to Apply:
The students should follow the below mentioned steps for applying:
Step 1: Those students who fulfill the eligibility criteria should visit the official website: scholarship.up.nic.in
Step 2: Now choose the Student Section and select New Registration.
Step 3: After that students should select their district and then Institute or College or School name from the list.
Step 4: Now upload your recent photograph and other documents if it is required to do so.
Step 5: After that submit the form and take a print out of that form for future reference.
